REFUND POLICY
We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you choose to return or exchange a toy, we’ll take it back*
- We will offer a full refund of items you have returned. However please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
- You have up to 30 days to initiate your return from the moment your June Garden order is delivered.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, therefore, please remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. Once your return / exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
*Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact customer support at info@junegardentoys.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the brief reason of your return. You will receive a confirmation with a return address. We do not accept items returning without our confirmation.
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Once your package is received by us, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a full refund or partial refund to your account accordingly.
